I design experiences that are easy, intuitive and trustworthy.
With a deep understanding of branding, supply-chain, omni-channel distribution in-store and digital eCommerce, honed working in consumer goods and services, I find extreme joy in bridging users' needs with business goals.
My experience working with multinational brands, licensing partners and retailers, influenced the need to understand the psychology behind consumer behaviors to fuel users trust in a business, and so gain loyalty. Empathizing with the user, I apply the iterative design thinking process and information residing in user research and data, to define, create, test and deploy simple and intuitive user-centric outcomes.
